100% activation of our brain simply means reaching stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana), becoming an enlightened one like Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ or Prophet Mohammed. Normal human beings used their brain 1-2%; the famous physicist Albert Einstein used his brain 4%, the balance always lying dormant. Full activation of brain can only occur when our kundalini awakened fully.
Full awakening of kundalini became possible when we indulged in practice of absolute celibacy for a minimum period of 12 years in continuation. Not a single lapse was permitted. Sage Vishwamitra a highly accomplished saint of his era on sighting a maiden woman taking bath in forlorn circumstances in deep dense jungles (forests) fell from grace, he had to repeat practice of celibacy all over again.
Gaining enlightenment is the end goal of cosmic life. Human beings who used all of their brain, the moment they left mortal frame would reach stage of moksha salvation forever. For an enlightened one there was nothing further to achieve, anywhere further to go. The cycle of birth and death finally comes to an end. One becomes a pure soul atman in the journey of life.
