Why God created present cosmos, mother earth… was beyond questioning… the only one question relating to God (Brahman) prohibited to be asked in Hinduism scriptures!
But once the Cosmos came into existence, all pure souls’ atmans get scattered all over cosmos at unimaginable speeds. In the melee, hurtling souls’ atmans gathered impurities similar as a rolling ball gathers moss. To cleanse self of dross impurities within starts cosmic life journey of every soul atman!
When life supporting planets like mother earth evolved… souls’ atmans immediately manifested forms after another. This journey of life for a soul atman ends when human beings traveling path of spirituality, yoga meditation finally succeed in reaching stage of enlightenment, moksha salvation!
Imperfection was ingrained into a soul atman in its cosmic journey. A soul atman could not cleanse self of dross impurities within of its own. It needs a medium, a body to work out its karma! Only by indulging in karma could manifest form cleanse dross impurities within… prime reason why doctrine of karma in human form advocated by Swami Vivekananda was one of the most important precept of spiritual life. Indulging in nishkama karma yoga human beings finally gained enlightenment in their lifetime.
