The concept of Brahman (God Almighty) as detailed in Hindu philosophy stood for the absolute reality of life. As per scriptures of Hinduism nothing other than Brahman (God) existed in cosmos. Broken down to basic building block of cosmos, every single thing on mother earth, every single planet star was made up of clusters of atoms and molecules, nothing more. Only when viewed from senses point of view things appeared solid, in reality all was gaseous formation.
Every single human being was but a cluster of atoms and molecules. As per scriptures of Hinduism the human form was manifested by our soul atman, the spirit within to work out its karma, remove dross impurities within. Our soul atman, the consciousness within was the absolute master and controller of human life. It is not within capability of human form to manifest a soul atman. If human beings had no real entity in cosmos, how do they relate to souls atmans?
As detailed in Upanishads (independent treatises) the present cosmos formed when Brahman (God Almighty) exploded self with a big bang. This resulted in all pure souls atmans scattering all over cosmos at unimaginable speeds. In the melee, hurtling souls’ atmans gathered impurities similar as a rolling ball gathers moss. To cleanse self of dross impurities within a soul atman needs manifesting a life form. No sooner life supporting planets like mother earth evolved, souls’ atmans started manifesting life.
The relationship of souls’ atmans and Brahman was unique. If an individual grain of sand is an independent soul atman, the whole mound God Almighty. If an individual piece of puzzle is an independent soul atman, the completed puzzle God Almighty. The simple definition of Brahman was… collective power of all souls’ atmans in cosmos in their pure form. This analogy of souls’ atmans further confirms existence of Brahman (God) as the only truth of life in cosmos.
This absolute reality of life can only be realized by travelling path of pure spirituality as detailed in Bhagavad Gita. By undertaking spiritual journey when human beings reached stage of enlightenment and finally salvation moksha, the liberated soul atman entered abode of God, kingdom of God (Vaikuntha in Hinduism). Vaikuntha was not a place that exists somewhere in cosmos. It was symbolic. After gaining absolute purity, the piece of puzzle finally places itself in the allotted slot.
For a pure soul atman the cosmic journey of life finally comes to end.
The question remains, why God Almighty (Brahman) explodes self in the first place? Imagine dissolution of old cosmos occurs. At this stage as detailed in scriptures of Hinduism all souls’ atmans automatically reached 8.4 millionth manifestation, last in cosmic life cycle. Devoid of dross impurities within all souls’ atmans in cosmos gained absolute purity. This ball of pure primordial cosmic energy, size of half a thumb, the collective power of all pure souls’ atmans in cosmos is what we called Brahman (God Almighty).
