In the entire history of mankind the most evolved person I have come across was Lord Krishna, who gave sermon of Bhagavad Gita to Arjuna in the battlefield of Mahabharata… something so precious that it does not have a parallel in mankind.
Lord Krishna was almost born enlightened. His kundalini awakened fully when probably 4 to 6 years of age. This landed him the coveted position of an avatar (God manifest in human form). Such powers were unprecedented, never seen by mankind! He was almost an embodiment of God Almighty himself.
Lord Krishna finally succeeded in re-establishing dharma (righteousness) against evil forces of adharma (lawlessness). This feat was achieved by Lord Krishna not of his own but persuading Arjuna to participate in the Dharmic battle of Mahabharata (a mother of all wars). The sermon of Bhagavad Gita resulted in Arjuna gaining enlightenment. Leaving behind cowardice, he finally prepared himself to fight the apt battle of Dharma against evil Kauravas, that consisted of his maternal grandfather Bhishma Pitamah, Guru Dronacharya, many relatives and friends.
Lord Krishna was an embodiment of truth and only truth, prime reason why oath in Indian courts is taken on Bhagavad Gita.
Enlightened souls like Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ and Prophet Mohammed can at the most impart teachings of spirituality to ailing mankind but Lord Krishna was far above that. He ensured that Dharma be re-established under all circumstances. Such a feat can only be accomplished by an enlightened one coupled with powers of Chanakya, the most able administrator in the entire history of mankind. To save lives of millions of soldiers and countrymen Chanakya got 100 kings eliminated in one night. The mental prowess of Lord Krishna was beyond human comprehension.
