Morning Exercises are considered Better after 4:30 AM a Time termed Brahma Muhurta in Hinduism


Developing a wrong habit in the initial stages of life could prove detrimental later on. Once we are up in morning, we must never take a nap again. Morning exercises are considered better after 4:30 AM, a time termed Brahma muhurta in Hinduism. This routine can continue for whole life. Throughout life I indulged in jogging starting at 430 in the morning. I never had any problem later on. Normally whatever routine suits us can be made but it must be maintained for the whole of life.
