Indulging in yoga meditation human beings established control over five senses and mind. For establishing control over five senses and mind, control over desires and wishes was necessitated. Control over ego was another necessity. Control over ego, desires and wishes resulted in controlling emotions and feelings within. Day by day we improved our power of concentration by indulging in positive thoughts most of time. Finally comes a day when a traveler of spiritual path controls mental powers in totality. One finally reaches stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi (state of absolute nothingness), when not a single thought entered our brain uninvoked. This is the stage of absolute tranquility… serenity, total silence within.

 

Yoga meditation is best indulged lying in shavasna pose of yoga via path of contemplation, introspection… logical reasoning!
