The first example of leadership was Lord Krishna, an avatar of his era… who finally succeeded in establishing order in the society.
Next to him comes Chanakya, the most able administrator in the entire history of mankind. To save lives of millions of soldiers and countrymen, he got hundred kings eliminated in one night.
Then comes, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the iron man of free India, the largest republic on mother earth! Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel succeeded in combining above 600 princely states into the Republic we called India. Still, Mahatma Gandhi thought otherwise and did not make him the prime minister.
(Whatever is done is past but Narendra Modi from his state would work wonders in coming times.)
Followed Lal Bahadur Shastri, the most able prime minister of India! This young man almost 5 feet in height was a legendary human being full of humility. Had he survived, India would have been a full-blown developed country by now.
JRD Tata, the scion of Tata Empire… a karma Yogi par excellence, one responsible for technological development of India at large was no less in any terms.
