Total surrender to God means Indulging in Karma with an Unattached Attitude

Offering self to God is total surrender to God… following path of bhakti yoga! Literally it means working with a selfless attitude like a trustee, caretaker for whom everything all the time belonged to God Almighty. One was only an instrument in hands of God Almighty doing his bidding all the time.

Total surrender to God means indulging in karma with an unattached attitude! Never running after fruits of karma performed is what offering to God means. Our role in life was indulgence in karma; the fruits of karma always belonging to our real inner self… soul atman, consciousness existing in our heart.

In yesteryears it was possible to reach God via path of bhakti… total surrender to God. In present times, indulgence in path of jnana yoga (absolute wisdom) and nishkama karma yoga was necessitated.
