Until occurrence of Pralaya (dissolution of entire cosmos), all liberated souls atmans in cosmos remained in Vaikuntha (kingdom of God). The intermittent cycle of yugas has no role to play in life cycle of liberated souls atmans.
We still have trillions of years to go before Pralaya occurs.
