Yes, everything to the minutest detail was preprogrammed from beginning of life right from stage of big bang (when God Almighty explodes self) to dissolution of cosmos (Pralaya in Hinduism). The human form was only an instrument, a medium for our soul atman to purify itself of dross impurities within.
Even if desired, even God Almighty (Brahman in Hinduism) could not stop big bang from happening. It was inevitable. Prime reason why Adi Shankaracharya in his doctrine of Maya (veil of illusion) clearly says, other than God Almighty nothing exists in cosmos. As per his analogy everything exists only in thoughts of God Almighty.
The system of God was not disordered at any stage of life as stipulated by Stephen Hawking in his famous book “a brief history of time”. The order that exists in cosmos was beyond comprehension of human beings.
