Teachings of Bhagavad Gita purely relate to spiritual field, having nothing to do with physical manifest world. So-called intelligent people in present times tried to mix Bhagavad Gita with management. This was an absolute misnomer. Bhagavad Gita had nothing to do with management practices in physical world.
Path of spirituality demands our indulgence in nishkama karma yoga. We could practice nishkama karma yoga only when we indulged in karma with an unattached attitude. A spiritual traveler has to work like a trustee, caretaker… for whom everything all the time belonged to God Almighty. One was only an instrument in hands of God Almighty doing his bidding all the time.
As present journey of life belongs to soul atman, consciousness existing in our heart… fruits of karma performed by physical manifest self always belonged to our true inner self existing in our heart. In physical life not only must we go after fruits but also enjoy them wholeheartedly. We must always remember that working for entire mankind (even lower forms of life) was the main premise of human life on mother earth, the most evolved of all beings on mother earth!
