Mental peace can only be achieved if we engaged self in something that was dear to our heart, a passion indulging in which we lost track of time. Right from six years of age I was so engrossed in search of God, not for a single moment in life I got bored. Mental peace was at its extreme. Even in the busiest hours of business life, I engaged in yoga meditation.
Yoga meditation was not about sitting in privacy concentrating on nothing. Yoga meditation was indulging in introspection, self enquiry… path of Neti (not this, not this) to seek answers to queries that lay deep within. Even in the busiest moments of my life I could easily indulge in introspection all the time. Before indulging in yoga meditation we must learn the root meaning of yoga.
Mental peace directly relates to inner calm. Traveling path of spirituality we experienced inner calm of highest order all the time. A state of bliss that could never be expressed in words!
