Can there be a situation in life where meditation was not possible. Most human beings world over engaged in meditation the wrong way. Yoga meditation was all about contemplating on vital cosmic precepts of life understanding which we could reach stage of enlightenment. Contemplation could be indulged anywhere. All my life I engaged in contemplation while walking, jogging, sitting, swimming, indulging in hard-core business… rather doing anything!
If possible I would lie in shavasna pose of yoga and indulge in self enquiry, path of Neti (not this, not this) to interact with God Almighty on various issues of life. When we indulged in contemplation, we invoked rather agitated our thought process in totality. In this process dormant lying portions of our brain start activating. The total experience was very cool. A feeling of serenity, coolness … tranquility could be experienced all the time. Sometimes when we indulged in contemplation for longer periods of time, we felt a mild to severe headache. It was normal. It would subside after some time… at the most prolonging for one or two days.
From six years of age ever since I went in search of God… I was totally anxiety free from the beginning. When I was trying to contact with God Almighty and simultaneously indulging for the welfare of mankind… it was not for me to anger or get excited, develop anxiety. My faith in God was absolute. I left all my troubles to God whenever I indulged in contemplation and he took absolute care of me all the time. The best part of indulging in nishkama karma yoga was, if we took care of children of God, he took care of us all the time. I experienced this not once but every single moment of life.
