Kundalini awakening is the path, the process and awakened kundalini, the end goal of cosmic life. Once our kundalini awakens fully… Sahasra Pushpa (thousand petalled Lotus) existing in our brain behind forehead opens fully. One immediately reaches stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) forever.
The biggest hurdle on path of kundalini awakening was, practice of absolute celibacy for a minimum period of 12 years in continuation. Difficult to practice but not impossible!
