Duality was part of nature if we have day, we also have night. If we experienced happiness, we also underwent our part of sufferings. If we have fire, we also have water.
Non-duality was nature of Brahman (God Almighty). As detailed in doctrine of Advaita Vedanta propagated by Adi Shankaracharya, other than Brahman (God, creator of cosmos) nothing existed in cosmos. God Almighty, Brahman was the only truth of life. To realize this one needs traveling path of pure spirituality as detailed in Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads (independent treatises).
To assimilate pearls of wisdom contained in scriptures of different religions of world, our traveling path of jnana yoga was necessitated. Path of jnana yoga demands our indulgence in contemplation, introspection… logical reasoning to reach hidden underlying abstract truths of life contained in sacred texts. Apart from path of jnana yoga we also need traveling path of nishkama karma yoga.
Nishkama karma yoga demands our becoming a trustee, caretaker in the journey of life. For a trustee was only an instrument taking care of things that all the time belonged to God Almighty. For a true trustee nothing belongs to the personal self. A true nishkama karma Yogi always worked with an unattached attitude, offering fruits of karma performed to God Almighty all the time.
Practice of absolute celibacy for a minimum period of 12 years in continuation was also necessitated for full awakening of kundalini shakti, the coiled Serpentine energy lying dormant in base of spine. Practice of absolute celibacy must be absolute, not a single lapse was permitted. Sage Vishwamitra, a highly accomplished sage of his era on sighting a maiden woman taking bath in forlorn circumstances in deep dense jungles (forests) fell from grace… he had to repeat practice of absolute celibacy all over again.
Our faith in God Almighty also must be absolute 100%. We must be 100% truthful in life all the time. Only then we could hear the sweet small inner voice of our soul atman coming from within our heart. Guided by voice of my soul atman I finally cleared my spiritual journey, realized God 37 years of age.
For a soul atman to reach stage of absolute purity, we need negating karma to zero. This becomes possible when we succeed establishing absolute control over five senses and mind. We also need subduing our ego in totality. Establishing control over five senses and Moha (extreme emotional attachment) was the most difficult part of spiritual journey. Prime reason why most human beings mesmerized by glare of worldly riches, dominated by bloated ego preferred traveling path of religion (rituals) although it led nowhere! Journey of spirituality was difficult to travel but not impossible.
The moment our Kundalini awakened fully, Sahasra Pushpa (thousand petalled Lotus) existing in our brain behind forehead opens fully. One immediately becomes an enlightened one… a bodhi, a Jina… a Mahavira forever! For an enlightened soul in absence of dross impurities within the need for soul atman to manifest another body now ceases to exist. The liberated soul atman after death of human body enters abode of God (kingdom of God)… Vaikuntha in Hinduism, a point of no return!
