Based on the teachings of enlightened ones like Mahavira, Gautama Buddha… it was assessed that they had reached stage of enlightenment, moksha salvation in their lifetime. All enlightened ones bluntly said it so. For an enlightened one to state path of spirituality necessitated to reach stage of enlightenment, moksha salvation was not difficult.
Indulging in spirituality, yoga meditation… listening to voice of soul atman coming from within our heart any human being world over can realize that Mahavira and Gautama Buddha finally succeeded in reaching stage of enlightenment, moksha salvation. Both Mahavira and Gautama Buddha indulged in tapasya for a period of 12 years in continuation to negate their karma to zero forever. Only then their kundalini awakening fully!
