After death of human body, the released soul atman immediately manifests a new body based on residual balance of karma at the time of death. This cycle of birth and death continues until a soul atman reaches stage of absolute purity.
If matching parents are not available, the released soul atman gains entry into heaven or hell… heaven (swarga) if the residual balance of karma at the time of death was positive and hell, if negative. No sooner matching parents become available on mother earth, the hibernating soul atman immediately manifests a new body to start new cycle of life on mother earth.
A soul atman gains absolute purity when human beings indulging in spirituality, yoga meditation finally reached stage of enlightenment.
