To gain emancipation from cycle of birth and death forever, to reach cosmic end of life, 8.4 millionth manifestation… to gain enlightenment and reach stage of moksha salvation, to become a man god like Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ or prophet Mohammed, one must indulge in Bhagavad Gita.
If our goal of life was different from above, we must never indulge in teachings contained in Bhagavad Gita. Lord Krishna in Bhagavad Gita explicitly states so. Path of spirituality always was a one-way path. We must always tread path of spirituality, path of jnana yoga with caution.
As our indulgence on path of spirituality, the dormant lying portion of brain starts activating. If a bud becomes a flower, it could never become a bud again. Path of spirituality demands total control over five senses and mind. We start becoming unattached to daily routines of life, the physical manifest self.
For a spiritual traveler the whole world finally becomes one large family. All attachments of earthly life, all bondages (Moha in Hinduism) are left behind permanently. We practically lose physical aspect of life. Path of spirituality means indulgence in good karma, positive karma to eradicate dross impurities within our soul atman. This becomes possible by travelling path of jnana yoga as detailed by Lord Krishna in Bhagavad Gita. Entering the world of spirit is a noble goal of life, must always be tread with caution.
Bhagavad Gita contained truth but only truth. It symbolizes presence of God Almighty on mother earth. Nothing in Bhagavad Gita dilutes with time. The teachings contained in Bhagavad Gita had no parallel in mankind. Travelling spiritual path is a requirement of our soul atman, not the human form.
Human beings have been endowed with power of discrimination exercising which human beings can finally decide whether or not to travel spiritual path in present life. Everything stated in Bhagavad Gita was achievable, not impossible. Only a die hard seeker of God like Swami Vivekananda finally succeeds.
One thing about Bhagavad Gita was clear. Whole life we would never get a spiritual master, preceptor to guide us in the journey of life. Path of spirituality means travelling path of contemplation, path of logical reasoning all the time! We must be prepared to leave everything material, physical to reach God.
Indulgence in Bhagavad Gita means indulging in foremost of all scriptures existing on mother earth! Not easy to travel, neither impossible.
