The sermon of Bhagavad Gita was given to mankind by Lord Krishna above 3600 years before now, above 1500 years before to coming of Jesus Christ. In times of Lord Krishna no religion like Buddhism, Christianity or Islamic Dharma existed. Simply stated Jesus was born more than 1500 years later to sermon of Bhagavad Gita.
Jesus Christ was born an ordinary mortal but finally gained enlightenment. The missing years in the life of Jesus Christ explained it all (14 to 29 years of age). During this period Jesus Christ stowed on a boat to India to learn intricacies of spiritual treatises like Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads (independent treatises) and Vedas (Hinduism revelations). It was assimilating teachings contained in Bhagavad Gita at Nalanda and Taxila universities of yore, Jesus Christ finally gained enlightenment in his lifetime.
The ruins of Nalanda University presently lay in Bihar state of India. Ruins of Taxila University existed in present-day Pakistan. Some people in West looked at teachings of Bhagavad Gita with prejudice, bias, nothing can change their perception. Even in present times enlightenment can be gained only by following teachings contained in Bhagavad Gita.
