The manifestation of an avatar was not that easy. The episode of Lord Krishna being the eighth child of Vasudeva and Devaki conveys it all. The advent of an avatar is only at the right opportune moment, never before. No matter how best society tries, the advent of an avatar would become a reality only at the right time. Lord Krishna was to manifest as an avatar. The first seven opportunities failed. But with the blessings of God Almighty (Brahman), the advent of Lord Krishna became a reality.
The simple meaning conveyed is that, no matter who tries the dawn of Satyuga could not be postponed forever. When arrives the opportune moment… an avatar has to manifest to re-establish dharma (righteousness) against evil forces of adharma (lawlessness). No matter how evil forces bared their fangs, they could not stop an avatar from manifesting. The maternal uncle of Krishna, Kamsa could not stop his deliverance, his appearance into the mortal world.
Lord Krishna finally came and at a very young age his kundalini was awakened fully. The initial seven deaths at the hands of Kamsa was the cause for it. The coming of an avatar had already been delayed. So Lord Krishna in all likelihood was born enlightened.
