If we look at how cosmos came into being, everything becomes clear of its own. God Almighty was and also not the creator of present cosmos. It just happens.
Imagine when old cosmos is collapsing, Pralaya (dissolution of cosmos) was about to occur. At this stage, all souls’ atmans in cosmos automatically reached 8.4 millionth manifestation, last in cosmic life cycle. In absence of dross impurities within, this composite mass of all souls’ atmans occupied the volume of half a thumb. This celestial magnanimous power, size of half a thumb we called God Almighty… unable to contain itself for long in its prime pure state again explodes with a big bang giving rise to a new cosmos, a new cycle of life.
Even God Almighty could not stop occurrence of big bang explosion. It was inevitable.
