How does life transfer from one manifestation to another! It was only through inscrutable law of karma. The closing balance of present life becomes opening balance for next manifestation. At the time of death whatever the residual balance of karma accordingly the next manifestation by a soul atman. If the residual balance of karma at the time of death demands one manifesting form of a laborer in next life, one just could not be born a Prince.
As journey of life belongs to consciousness, soul atman existing in our heart… it was only through karma and evolution life moved ahead in cosmic life cycle. To understand cycle of karma our belief in world of souls’ atmans was necessitated. As detailed in Bhagavad Gita we are primarily a spiritual being undertaking earthly journey. The moment human beings gained enlightenment; the cosmic journey for a soul atman came to an end. After reaching stage of moksha salvation, the liberated soul atman finally emancipates forever from cycle of birth and death reaching stage of absolute purity.
Karma is the cosmic cycle through which a soul atman purifies itself, removes dross impurities within!
