The biggest anomaly in life of human beings was mixing spirituality with physical manifest world. Where does Bhagavad Gita say that fruits of karma cannot be enjoyed by a person of materialistic world! Bhagavad Gita relates to spiritual world only. It had nothing to do with physical manifest world. The worldly man after materialistic pursuits of life must wholeheartedly enjoy fruits of karma performed but there was a glitch.
Bhagavad Gita says ultimate cosmic goal of life for all human beings on mother earth was traveling path of spirituality to reach God in our lifetime. For this God Almighty ordained a long journey of 1.1 million manifestations in human form. Where was the hurry, we could enjoy the most of worldly life!
Swami Vivekananda made a goal that he would not marry and indulge in spirituality and community service to the best of his capability, prime reason why he did not reach stage of enlightenment despite having a preceptor like Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa.
Bhagavad Gita advocates indulging in good deeds, good karma… never running after desires and wishes that were meaningless, not oriented towards our ultimate goal of life! We must enjoy bliss of married life to the fullest extent. Practice of celibacy (Brahmacharya Vrata) was necessitated only if our goal of life was spiritual. We must also not forget that indulging in material pursuits of life we keep rotating in the cycle of birth and death forever.
