Yoga derived from Root Word Yog means Soul Atman wanting to Merger with Parmatman God Brahman

I started in search of God six years of age. At that time I did not know what yoga meditation was all about. On the advice of a relative I went to a so-called meditation centre and was told to concentrate on a dimly lit Candlelight in the center of the room. When I asked what I was supposed to do, I was told to keep quiet concentrating on nothing. How was that possible? Thousands of thoughts flashed through our brain every second of life. How could we maintain a stage of no thoughtlessness!

I stopped going to the meditation centre. While indulging in contemplation I slowly realized that indulgence in yoga meditation could only be done through path of introspection, contemplation… logical reasoning to reach hidden underlying cosmic truths of life contained in sacred texts of different religions of world. I was never proved wrong in my surmise. My indulgence in contemplation, introspection… logical reasoning increased phenomenally as I wanted to reach God in present life itself.

Yoga derived from root word yog means our soul atman wanting a merger with Parmatman (God, Brahman). This became possible when we indulged in scriptures via path of contemplation. Unless we indulged in path of jnana yoga (absolute wisdom) we could never scuttle karma forever. To realize God, negating karma to zero was necessitated. To reach stage of absolute purity as a soul atman, our establishing absolute control over five senses and mind was an absolute must.

31 years of indulgence in yoga meditation, path of contemplation I finally realized God in the wee hours of third of August 1993 at 37 years of age. This is my last manifestation on mother earth.
