The communication between God and us develops only when we act as a soul atman, never the manifest physical form. The communication always happens between soul and God. As detailed in Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism we were primarily a soul atman, a spirit on its cosmic life cycle of 8.4 million manifestations. We are a spiritual being manifesting a human body. The spirit took the body to cleanse itself of dross impurities within. Moment karma (dross impurities within) negate to zero, all is over for soul atman within. A pure soul atman need not manifest a body again. The need to manifest a new body now ceases to exist.
I started in search of God six years of age. Something within told me that remaining truthful all the time I could communicate with God. I was not wrong in my surmise. Since six years of age until 37, I did not travel path of untruthfulness, not even once. This helped me eradicate traces of negative karma. Gradually I became a pure soul atman. As of now I can easily establish communion with God Almighty every second of life. It was truthfulness followed by negation of karma that helped me reach this stage.
We must never forget our soul atman resides in our heart. By practicing pranayama, indulging in introspection, self enquiry, I could reach the source, the consciousness that lay in our heart. For a pure soul atman communicating with God Almighty was as easy as two people talking together. During my spiritual travail whenever I had queries, I lay down in shavasna pose of yoga during night-time while going to bed. Then subconsciously I entered a roundtable conference with Lord Krishna on one side and other man gods like Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ, Prophet Mohammed, Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana etc. on the other.
In the morning when I got up, all my queries had melted away forever.
