In Yesteryears in Erstwhile Bharatvarsha now India Many Yogis Seekers Travelers of Spiritual Path Lived above 200 Years

In yesteryears in erstwhile Bharatvarsha (now India) many yogis (seekers, travelers of spiritual path) lived above 200 years. There was not one but many who crossed 200. How?

While in pursuit of God around 28 years of age by indulgence in yoga meditation I reduced my heartbeat to 30. I continued reducing it to 28, then 26 and immediately a voice from within provoked me to stop immediately. It was saying that if my heartbeat reduced to 24 it was immediate depth. I immediately stopped at 26 and increased it further to 30. I never experimented with my heartbeat again.

The normal heartbeat of a person was 72. If we could reduce the heart beat to around 34 for whole of life and that too from childhood, it is quite possible to increase our age beyond 200. The maximum a Yogi could live theoretically was about 225 years as indulgence in yoga meditation takes time and one could not become a Yogi as a child.
