All my life I searched for God Almighty. There was never a particular meditation technique that I followed. The path of meditation yoga is following path of contemplation, path of self enquiry, path of logical reasoning that varied from seeker to seeker. As my indulgence in yoga meditation, accordingly the manifestation! With passage of time I observed that my body resistance increased phenomenally.
As I neared stage of self realization, god realization… my resistance of the body almost became infinite. For a period totaling above 30 years no disease could ever catch me. Even smaller ailments like viral fever did not affect me. I practically enjoyed stage of total immunity from diseases. And if at all I suffered at any stage, I prayed to God accordingly and my disease vanished in no time.
After realizing self in 1993, I returned back to worldly affairs of life. Gradually, something I did not observe minutely, my body reasons came down. After a period of about 22 years I experienced first bout of viral fever. I knew the path for full recovery. I again indulged in increasing my body resistance and succeeded.
Healing an already existing disease needs tremendous amount of willpower, almost equivalent of Swami Vivekananda. Between 1993 and 1995 I wrote a letter to the DG, World Health Organization for injecting me with a reasonable dose of AIDS virus. I never got back a reply. At that time I was competent to remove all affects of any disease within a period of three days. (WHO must be having that letter on record)!
If a human being can increase body resistance to almost infinity then no disease can ever affect us. I have experienced it all my life. We only need indulgence in path of absolute truthfulness. Unless we were totally truthful in life, we could never increase our willpower; our body resistance to combat diseases effectively.
I know one instance in my family when a relative of mine did not consume salt from very beginning of life. Her body resistance increased phenomenally such that when wasps or any other big insect bit her, it fell down dead immediately. The sting of the wasp or a honeybee did not affect her at all.
In domain of God Almighty everything was possible. We only learnt by hit and trial method.
