Practicing Brahmacharya Vrata (Celibacy) when we channelized all our energies behind a single goal of life, we were all the time energetic… full of blast! Thousands of thoughts flowed through our brain every second of whom, most were illogical, useless. These uncalled for thoughts were a big drain on our mental capacity. By reducing the flow of these thoughts we could enhance our mental capability. On path of pure spirituality, mentally prowess could be increased to 100% capacity… almost infinity!
Flow of positive thoughts to our brain could be curtailed by reducing desires and wishes, establishing gradual control over five senses. Control over negative thoughts is established via practice of celibacy (Brahmacharya Vrata). Having a definite goal in life increases our power of concentration. No matter how small our goal we must always have a definite goal in life! As time passes by, we could always change our goal.
