If an individual grain of sand is an independent soul atman… the whole mound Parmatman (God Almighty)… termed Brahman in Hinduism!
As we could never separate or identify the properties of both an individual grain and the whole mound… in principle, for explanation in scriptures… atman was equated to Brahman!
In reality, Brahman (God Almighty) is the sum total of all souls atmans in cosmos in their pure form. This collective power, the size of half a thumb is what we called God Almighty, Brahman, Parmatman, Bhagwan, Karta, Ishwar and Khuda… Sanatana Purusha etc.
The Glory of Brahman can only be realized when an atman regains its lost original pure prime pristine primordial form forever. This becomes possible when traveling path of spirituality human beings finally reached stage of enlightenment.
Ever since all souls atmans separated from their source (God Almighty himself, Brahman)… they got mired in impurities. Similar as a rolling ball gathers moss, all souls’ atmans during their cosmic sojourn gathered impurities. To cleanse self of dross impurities within starts cosmic life cycle of every soul atman. It is through maze of 8.4 million manifestations… a soul atman finally reaches cosmic end of life when Sahasra Pushpa (thousand petalled Lotus) existing in human brain behind forehead opens fully.
We were primarily a spiritual being manifesting human form, the last stage in cosmic life cycle. It is only through human form a soul atman reached cosmic end of life… 8.4 millionth manifestation! Enlightenment and moksha was not possible through any other stage of life other than human form.
