Taxila, epitome of spirituality in yesteryears was one of the two famed universities of earlier era from where travelers of spiritual path drew spiritual strength.

 

Chanakya, the most able administrator in the entire history of mankind was a student and teacher in Taxila University. It was this Chanakya who finally succeeded in downfall of Nanda Empire.

 

Citadel of spiritual learning, Taxila ruins of which presently lay in Pakistan was comparable to the other Nalanda University ruins of which now lay in present Bihar state of India.

 

Even Jesus Christ came to India to assimilate wisdom of Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads from these famed universities.

 

Chanakya was an apt administrator who succeeded in eliminating hundred kings in one night to avoid massive bloodshed and death of millions of civilians and soldiers.
