All original sacred texts were direct dictates of God Almighty. Vedas (Hinduism revelations) were the first words of God invoked by mankind in the entire history of mankind. They were invoked by highly accomplished sages and saints of that era. As Lipi (written script) had not yet evolved, these messages spread through word of mouth. Only after written script came into being, the sacred texts were recorded.
