By practicing celibacy (Brahmacharya Vrata) we could establish total control over sexual inhibitions. Before indulgence in Brahmacharya Vrata (celibacy) our having a definite goal in life is necessitated. In absence of a goal all energies get frittered away for no reason or rhyme. When we had a definite goal in life, we could all our energies including sexual energy behind that goal of life. Transmutation of sexual energy to more creative uses was not difficult. If we exercise our free will, we would succeed doing that. Practice of celibacy mantra was important part of practicing Brahmacharya Vrata.
In dreams our soul atman always conveys what it desires from us as a human being all the time. Those dominated by a bloated ego failed to hear promptings of soul atman coming from within. They failed to interpret their dreams. Those who had their ego in control could interpret the dreams very distinctly. After all the present journey of life belongs to our soul atman! It is our soul atman that manifested human form to work out its karma, remove dross impurities within. We were primarily a spiritual being manifesting human form. We were only a medium for soul atman within to reach stage of absolute purity.
