Control over Mind Power follows automatically once We Succeed establishing control over Five Senses

Control over mind power follows automatically once we succeed establishing control over five senses. By keeping our desires and wishes, ego (Aham in Hinduism) in check we could exercise total control over five senses and mind.

Every second thousands of thoughts flowed through our brain incessantly. By regulating control over five senses we could minimize flow of thoughts to our brain. Travelers of spiritual path finally succeed in negating flow of thoughts to our brain in totality reaching stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi (state of absolute nothingness) when not a single thought entered our brain uninvoked.

It has rightly been said a human being is sum total of ones thoughts at a given moment of time. As human beings did not have an independent mind… we only had a brain that works like a receiving and transmitting station. All thoughts flowed to us from reservoir of mind plus on mind minus. All positive thoughts emanate from reservoir of mind plus and all negative from reservoir of mind minus.
