In Hinduism religion all the three Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva (Mahesh) were simply attributes of God Almighty, part of Hindu mythology, nothing more. How does it matter if one attribute was placed above the other? In the entire history of mankind no human being by the name of Brahma or Shiva in physical form ever existed on mother earth.
Even heaven and hell (swarga and naraka) were not places where existed Brahma or Shiva. Both heaven and hell existed in sun as places of hibernation for souls’ atmans. After death of present human form when matching parents were not available on mother earth, the released soul atman hibernated in heaven or hell. Sooner matching parents become available, hibernating soul atman immediately manifested a new body to start a new cycle of life on mother earth.
If Brahma never existed on mother earth nor did it exist in heaven… where does it exist? Nowhere, as it was only an attribute of God Almighty (Brahman in Hinduism).
From Hindu mythology point of view, Lord Brahma enjoyed a lower status compared to Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva. Lord Brahma has been termed creator. Once the cosmos is created, he had no role to play. The running of entire cosmos was duty of Lord Vishnu and maintaining birth and death system responsibility of Lord Shiva. Religious people in India were quite materialistic.
Why give value to Lord Brahma when cosmos is already created? Lord Brahma is taken for granted.
