If we try to find who prompted us in our subconscious state, we shall find it was our true inner self, our consciousness… our soul atman that tries to guide us in subconscious state. The same happens when we dream. It is only during dreams our soul atman tries to tell us what it wants from us. Guided by a bloated ego we normally did not care. Those who could overpower ego were able to hear the sweet small promptings of their soul atman that always guided us on right path.
Right from six years of age I have been doing this. The most important prerogative for doing this was remaining truthful all the time. We can hear the sweet small promptings of our soul atman only if we were truthful all the time. All spiritual travelers do the same. To reach God in my lifetime I took this path.
From six years of age my soul atman guided me on the right path so much so that 31 years later at 37 years of age in the wee hours of third of August 1993 I finally reached God.
Truly speaking we were primarily a spirit, a spiritual traveler… a soul atman manifesting human form. We all the time desire indulging in requisite positive karma to shed dross impurities within! Remaining truthful all the time, I could finally connect to reservoir of mind power from where flow all positive and negative thoughts in the entire cosmos. I finally reached stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi (stage of absolute nothingness) when not a single thought flowed to my brain uninvoked.
Any human being world over can easily invoke cosmic powers that be by practicing truthfulness all the time. Tapping the potential of cosmic mind was exhilarating, beyond expression of words. In my subconscious state lying in shavasna pose of yoga I used to enter roundtable conference with Lord Krishna on one side and other enlightened souls on other. So much so that when I got up in the morning, all my queries had dissolved forever. More on mind power
