It is Only through Pranayama one Reaches the Inner Core of Heart Soul Atman itself

Our heart is the residing place for our soul atman, the consciousness within. It is only through pranayama one reaches the inner core of heart, soul atman itself.

Mind is the connecting link between souls’ atmans and God Almighty. No human being ever had an independent mind. We all have a brain which acts as a receiving and transmitting station. Every thing that is relayed by mind can be captured by a brain.

Universal Mind has two compartments… reservoir of mind plus and mind minus. From reservoir of mind plus flow all positive thoughts and from reservoir of mind minus, all negative. Invocation of thoughts positive or negative was dependent on our residual balance of karma of the moment. Mounted with power of discrimination, we human beings could either invoke positive or negative thoughts at any given moment of time. Spiritual travelers invoked positive thoughts most of time. Control of destiny lay with us, never God Almighty. By controlling flow of thoughts we could directly manifest destiny.

We were primarily a spiritual being… a consciousness, a spirit on its cosmic journey! We manifest a body to work out our karma. Human form is the highest manifest stage through which we could scuttle karma forever, negate it to zero. Gaining enlightenment means reaching stage of absolute purity. This happens when our karma negates to zero forever. By indulging in sacred texts of Hinduism we can fathom cosmic wisdom contained in various scriptural texts.
