People who indulged in atrocities of the highest order like Hitler could not manifest a human body in near future. The scriptures of Hinduism and Jainism were absolutely clear on this point of cosmic life. The soul atman of Hitler could manifest form of an animal or even lower form of life! That was how law of karma operated… as we sow so shall we reap nothing less or more!
Both Hinduism and Jainism believe in reincarnation and also the fact that once a soul atman manifests human form, it could again revert back to animal kingdom provided the sin committed was unpardonable. All human beings evolved directly from stage of animals.
After death of human form, based on residual balance of karma at the time of death the soul atman immediately manifests a new body and starts a new journey of life. The soul atman of terrorists, serial rapists would again manifest a human form but at a much lower level. A soul atman goes to hell (naraka) only if matching parents were not available on mother earth. A soul atman goes to hell (not heaven) if the residual balance of karma at the time of death was negative and heaven (swarga), if positive!
Sooner matching parents become available on mother earth, the hibernating soul atman in heaven or hell immediately manifests a new body on mother earth to start a new journey of life.
