All enlightened souls after reaching stage of enlightenment remained in a state of permanent bliss all the time. There was never an exception in this precept of spirituality! Having become pure, a liberated soul atman finally basked in the glory of new-found achievement. It was a state where the enlightened human being practiced equanimity all the time. One just could not differentiate between happiness and sorrow.
