Talking to People We could know their Inner Nature

Deep within we were all spiritual in nature. Talking to people we could know their inner nature. Even a few words out of mouth tell all. A person could either be religious or spiritual… there was never a third option! In search of God I always searched for like-minded people, people with spiritual inclinations… nature to hold discussions with them. Very rarely I found one.

Spiritual means connected to God via path of contemplation… never religious pursuits of life! One indulging in mythology was never a spiritual person. One indulging in scriptures like Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads was always spiritual.

Both Bible and Quran dealt with both religious and spiritual aspects of life. All depends upon our goal of life. Whenever I used to meet Christian and Muslim friends… I talked about Bible and Quran. If they talked more about religious gatherings, religious indulgences… I just quit! I was solely interested in spiritual discussions… something that leads to God Almighty.

Even people not alive, one glance through their writings tells all. All my life I indulged in teachings of Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana whose teachings relate to spirituality as both these spiritual stalwarts succeeded in reaching God in their lifetime. For me judging spiritual nature of people was never difficult. Primarily the face said it all. The tranquility, serenity within could be read on people’s faces. Anyone indulging in contemplation, logical reasoning was spiritual.
