When young six years of age something all the time tickled in my heart. At that time I did not know what it was. Discussions with elders in the family gave me an insight. Probably it was my soul atman, the consciousness within that activated from time to time. I was proved right in my surmise. As I walked path of truthfulness all the time, I could all the time hear the sweet small promptings of my soul atman coming from within. Something within told me that I could trust this voice. I was again proved right. The voice of our soul atman always guides us on right path.
As my spiritual progress grew I realized that ultimate goal of indulgence in yoga meditation was reaching our true inner self existing in our heart. My indulgence in pranayama (breathing exercise) became a regular practice. Lying in shavasna pose of yoga while going to bed in night I contemplated on deeper aspects of life like who was I, my relationship with god… purpose of my journey as a human being etc. 31 years of indulgence in spirituality I finally reached god, realized self in the wee hours of third of August 1993 at 37 years of age. I finally became a pure soul atman in the cosmic journey of life.
