English called it water, Hindu jal and Muslims paani … the essence never laid in name. Lord Krishna, born an ordinary mortal, manifested superhuman powers to become an avatar of his era (God manifest in human form). Philosophically, allegorically Lord Krishna represents soul atman existing in every human body. Lord Krishna depicted as sarthi (charioteer) of the chariot (human body) belonging to Arjuna simply conveys one simple meaning… stage of absolute purity by soul atman can be realized only when human beings indulged in teachings Bhagavad Gita.
From this analogy one thing was absolutely clear… to travel path of spirituality, yoga meditation successfully we need following dictates of soul atman coming from within our heart. Remaining truthful we could hear the sweet small inner voice of our soul atman coming from within all the time.
We must never forget Lord Krishna represents soul atman existing in human body. If we need realizing this inner self in present life time… we need following precepts of spirituality detailed in Bhagavad Gita.
We must never indulge in teachings of Bhagavad Gita or other scriptures literally.
