In the later stages of spiritual pursuit once we were having a discussion in the family about heights of people in different yugas. Some members in the family quoted that height of people during times of Lord Parshvanatha (23rd Tirthankara of Jainism) was as high as nine feet. This was a statement not easily palatable.
The next day during my bath one energy form crystallized besides me. I was all the time concentrated on the height of people during times of Lord Parshvanatha. The image disappeared after few seconds. It was only after about 24 hours I realized that the form of Lord Parshvanatha touched the ceiling of my bathroom that was exactly 7 feet in height.
If the height of people during times of Lord Parshvanatha was 7 feet then people would be even longer during times of Lord Krishna and Ramayana… maybe 8 – 9 feet! In yesteryears to counter harsh conditions of life, height of people compared to today was much more. In present times mental powers weighed more than physical strength!
