Regret Being Spiritual

Being spiritual is realizing our true inner self that we were a soul atman, a spirit manifesting human form! It is following precepts of spirituality contained in Bhagavad Gita human beings finally gained enlightenment, reached stage of moksha salvation!

In my 55 years of spiritual travail I have yet to find a person who was spiritually happy from within. Many in my circle indulged in spirituality only to quit midway. They were not happy indulging in spirituality… blaming God most of time! Who was at fault, god or they themselves!

We could not blame God Almighty for karma indulged by us. If we did not have the capability to indulge in spirituality until the end… it was our foolhardiness, ignorance that we indulged in spirituality unmindful of the consequences of leaving the path midway. Path of spirituality always was one-sided. Having traversed must ahead, chances of returning back to material modes of life… were practically nil.

Before embarking on spiritual journey we must learn to distinguish spirituality from religion. Spiritual journey was like traveling razor’s edge… path of unknown! With none to guide, journey of spirituality always was traveled all alone.
