If we feel motivated after watching a movie, the inspiration in most cases was temporal. The reason being we put self in the boots of hero himself. We felt as if we could accomplish all that the hero accomplished in the movie. When the enthusiasm wipes out with time we again feel demotivated. The reality of life never existed in movies that were only a means to enjoyment.
Real inspiration comes from within. Even after watching a movie if we contemplate then it was contemplation that sometimes works wonders. Human beings, who could not contemplate, could not motivate themselves all the time. Every time when we watch a movie, thousands of thoughts flowed through our brain both positive and negative.
If we could channelize these thoughts towards our only goal of life, we would feel motivated all the time.
