Meditation means resolving queries within in totality… getting answers to deeper questions of life! Lying in shavasna pose of yoga while going to bed in night I always called for a roundtable conference consisting of Lord Krishna and all enlightened souls like Mahavira, Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ, Prophet Mohammed, Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana etc. In the morning when I got up, all my queries had dissolved forever. The next day a new start, a new set of queries!
