It was our Attitude our Karma our Ego that made Life Good or Bad

Life is what it was all the time… bubbly, inspiring… full of gaiety and laughter! It was our attitude, our karma… our ego that made life good or bad!

Once a human being wanted to settle in the town of Socrates! As this human being was about to enter the town Socrates stopped him on the gate and asked, what was the purpose of his visit? The man politely said he wanted to change his town as most people in his town were bad. This man further enquired from Socrates the situation here in the town of Socrates. The man of wisdom Socrates replied, the situation here is also the same as in your town so please return back and the man returned.

Another man visited the town of Socrates. Again the same story and Socrates enquired the purpose of his visit! The man replied he wanted a change in his surroundings. Still, Socrates enquired, how the people back in his town were. This man said people in general were friendly and nice. Socrates politely said the situation is same here. It is your choice whether you want to stay or return back.

This narration makes it amply clear that as our perception, our vision… accordingly the manifestation! One who viewed the glass half empty, for him negativity was spread all over. One who viewed the glass half full, positivity was writ large in all walks of life!

As detailed in scriptures life was primarily good and only good, it was our perception that made it bad! Nudity always lay in the eyes of the beholder, never the object!
