Enlightenment is the stage when devoid of dross impurities within a soul atman reaches stage of absolute purity. Emancipated forever from cycle of birth and death, the cosmic journey for a soul atman finally comes to an end.
Moksha salvation is the stage when an enlightened one left mortal frame forever. The liberated soul atman finally enters kingdom of God (Vaikuntha in Hinduism), a point of no return.
