For a robust health better than morning gym or yoga was indulgence in aerobics. There was nothing better than jogging. Yogic exercises (asanas) primarily were indulged by yogis and were more of static exercises. In a busy life schedule dynamic exercises always proved better than static. Gym was an alternative when one could not go for jogging, best suited to bodybuilders, weightlifters etc. My experience in life has been… I went for aerobics all the time. I went to the gym only for pull-ups. I tried indulging in asanas but they did not suit my body.
