The liberated soul atman becomes free of gravitational pull of solar system and can venture to any part of cosmos at will. Free from cycle of birth and death it exists in Vaikuntha (kingdom of God).
The liberated soul atman of Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa can be invoked by any human being on mother earth to seek its blessings. So can be done with any liberated soul including that of Lord Krishna!
