Following path of spirituality, indulging in sacred texts of different religions of world one could progress spiritually. Spiritual awakening results when our karma negates to zero. By establishing absolute control over five senses and mind when one reaches stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi (absolute nothingness)… Sahasra Pushpa (thousand petalled Lotus) existing in our brain behind forehead bloomed fully. One immediately becomes an enlightened one forever. A bud having become a flower could never become a bud again. Spiritual enlightenment was always one-sided. Once achieved, reversal was not possible.
Spiritual awakening could never happen by grace of God Almighty. It is achieved by indulging in introspection, self enquiry to gain answers to hitherto unanswered queries, answers of which could never be known through bookish knowledge, literal reading. Grace of God can at the most expedite our spiritual journey. Unless we scuttle karma to zero, enlightenment could never be gained. Negating karma to zero means removing dross impurities within our soul atman forever! Having become a pure soul atman, the need for soul atman to manifest a body further ceases to exist!
